Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst - Projects and Metrics Management will be responsible for project and metric management for the North American Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. In order to be successful in this job, you will need superior analytical skills and a strong business acumen. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential as conducting data analysis will allow you to improve our supply chain and customer service operations. This position will report directly to the Supply Chain Director and will be located in Chesterfield, MO.

Core Functions:
* Manage process to drive improvement in North American KPI metrics.
* Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs
* Coordinating with other professionals to implement changes and new systems as necessary
* Analyze data to identify problematic areas and manage the process of continuous improvements
* Plan and implement supply chain and customer service optimization projects
* Act as project coordinator for all supply chain and customer service projects ensuring a timely and profitable completion.
* Support and test audit efforts for current customer management systems such as SF.com, SAP and SAP testing, and Talkdesk
* Adhere to audit requirements for regression testing by documenting successful transactions and issues
* Provide sign off for regression testing
* Coordinate business response to SAP initiatives, upgrades and installations, major and minor releases
* Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting process to keep the business updated with impactful metric variances
* Manage customer transitions through effective communications between the Sales and Operations teams
* Assist the Supply Chain and Customer Service group with special projects as needed

Skill and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Agriculture Economics, or a related field
* Three to Five years related experience with a proven track record in supply chain value.
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, Customer Service Analyst or similar role
* Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
* Familiarity with supply chain & customer service processes
* Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
* Proven, effective analytical skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills as well as experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and BW
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization
* Ability to work effectively under time constraints and multitask
* Ability to work with ambiguity
* Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team- oriented
